Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unaltered

  • Free of scratches, bends, or wear

  • In original condition

Items that show signs of use cannot be accepted.

Custom Items

Custom and personalized items are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds. This includes items with custom sizing, initials, special requests, or modifications.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for sizing issues only. Items must be unused and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include:

  • Photos of the item

We will replace or refund the item after reviewing the claim.
